Melnik is one of the oldest cities in Bulgaria
Melnik is the smallest town in Bulgaria, situated in the southwestern part of the country. Known for its superb red wine, historic houses / most famous house is Kordopulov house / Melnik is a very famous tourist destination. Next to the city - about 12 kilometers away is the famous monastery Rozhen.
